Before beginning, create a space that feels supportive — light a candle, maybe bring aroma into the space, settle into stillness, and allow yourself a moment to arrive fully. This practice may be experienced seated or lying down, though an upright seated posture is recommended to support presence and alertness as you move into the day ahead.
